Day 1 - Arrive Tashkent
Met at airport and transferred to hotel. Dinner at hotel
Day 2 - Tashkent
Sightseeing in Tashkent including Hastimom Comlex and the Applied Art Museum
Day 3 - Tashkent
Sightseeing to include Chorsu Bazaar, central city and a visit to a ceramist's studio
Day 4 - to Samarkand
Morning train to Samarkand. Sightseeing today to include Gur Emir Mausoleum, Afrosiab Museum, the observatory of Ulug Bek.
Day 5 - Samarkand
Sightseeing to include Registan Square, Bibi Khanym Mosque and bazaar and conclude the day at Shakhi Zinda necropolis.
Day 6 - to Shakhrisabz
This morning drive to Shakhrisabz, this afternoon sightseeing to include the Palace complex of Timur and other Timurid sites.
Day 7 - Shakhrisabz to Bukhara
This morning drive to Burkhara via the one time Royal City of Qarshi. The route follow the line of the historic trade route between Bukhara and Shakhrisabz.
Day 8 - Bukhara
Visit Ark fortress, Bolo Hauz Mosque, Ismail Samani mausoleum, Chashmai Ayub and the Trade Domes,
Folk show at Nodir Devon Begi Madrassah this evening.
Day 9 - Bukhara
Sightseeing to include the Poi Kalyan complex with Kalyan mosque and Miri Arab madrassah. Afternoon free to visit the myriad of shops around the old city.
Day 10 - Bukhara - pm train to Tashkent
Visit the Labi Hauz area including the Jewish synagogue and a puppet workshop. Mid afternoon train to Tashkent (15:48-19.40).
Day 11 - to Ferghana
This morning we take the train to Kokand in the Ferghana Valley. Lunch in Kokand before continuing by road to the Rishtan Ceramics factory and Ferghana
Day 12 - to Osh
Sightseeing in Ferghana area including a visit the Yodgorlik Silk Weaving Factory. Later in the day cross the border to Osh.
Day 13 - to Bishkek
Visit the Osh Bazaar and the small museum on Sulieman mountain. Time to walk in the city park before transferring to the airport for evening flight to Bishkek.
Day 14 - Bishkek
Explore Bishkek including a short drive to Ala Archa National Park in the central Kyrghyz Ala-tau and a short walk in the pine forests. Later in the day walk in the central city park area and visit the History Museum.
Day 15 - to Cholpon Ata
Drive along the Kazakh border to Burana Tower. Watch a demonstration of traditional Horse Games before continuing to Issyk-Kul to our lake side hotel at Cholpon Ata.
Day 16 - to Karakol
Visit the petroglyphs close to our hotel before continuing around the lake to Karakol. Sightseeing will include Prezhevalsky's Museum, Dungan Mosque and the Orthodox Church.
Day 17 - Karakol
A short drive to Jety Oguz Valley, easy walks and lunch at a yurt camp. En route to the gorge we have arranged an Eagle hunting demonstration.
Day 18 - to Kochkar
Drive along the southern shore of Issyk-kul to Kochkor, welcomed at local house for overnight. Time permitting, walk in the village and visit the small bazaar area.
Day 19 - Kochkar to Bishkek
This morning we will arrange a felt making demonstration, also visit the local museum and felt shop. This afternoon drive to Bishkek.
Day 20 - Depart
Transfer to airport for departure flight.
