Pakistan - Indus Silk Route

Join us on this touring style journey through the heart of the magnificent Karakoram Mountains to the desert oasis of ancient Kashgar. We commence in Islamabad and travel along the Kaghan Valley and through Deosai National Park to the Indus river gorges to Pakistan's picturesque "Little Tibet" of Baltistan. Our next port of call will be the Hunza surrounded by a spectacular array of peaks. Along the way we plan a village visit and some easy walks in upper Hunza before following the footsteps of trade caravans across the lofty Khunjerab Pass and through the Chinese Pamir mountasins to the market town of Kashgar.
