GROUP DEPARTURE PRICE INCLUDES

> All meals while on tour
You will get hearty meals and varied menus in a variety of hotel and local restaurants as well as the chance to try "bazaar cuisine". Our friends in Central Asia appreciate that our travellers like to sample the local fare so we frequent the places where local people eat where we can be assured that this is sensible.

> All ground transport and transfers while on tour
All our transport arrangements are made with licensed and reliable operators. Coach, Mini bus and train travel is always air-conditioned. We use jeeps for our cross country expeditions.

> All accommodation while on tour
We have selected hotels that provide comfort, cleanliness and good service. We use a mix of tourist class hotels and guesthouses with en suite facilities. On jeep safaris we camp when the standard of local accommodation is unsuitable. In these instances we provide comfortable two person tents, foam mattresses, dining facilities and toilet tent.

> All camping and catering arrangements while on trek/safari.
Our treks and safaris are fully supported by porters and cooks. We supply all equipment except for sleeping bags and items of a personal nature

> Porters, entries and permits while on tour.
In accordance with our "one price" policy we cover all entries and porterage at airports and train stations, entries to cultural and natural heritage sites and trekking permits.

> Air travel associated with the tour plan
The tour plan generally includes the cost of internal/domestic and international air travel associated with the tour plan. It does not include international flights from your home country.

> Specialist Trip leaders
All Silk Road Adventures group departures are accompanied by experienced and knowledgeable leaders. Groups of 6 or more are accompanied by leaders from our experienced team of Central Asia specialists otherwise our groups are led by licensed English speaking local guides.

Our specialist leaders are people with a deep personal interest in the history, culture and environments of Central Asia. They are resourceful organisers and experienced travellers who will ensure that your trip runs smoothly and tease out the interesting natural and cultural stories. In all cases they are backed up in the field by the English speaking staff of our local friends.
